Pisces Moon Web Design is the brainchild of Carol Logan Newbill, an award-winning fiber artist and quilt pattern designer with more than 20 years' experience in computers and programming. We are based in Birmingham, Alabama, but have clients all over the US and now in Canada.

We strongly believe that most web sites, and especially those for artists, should be simple and clean. They should be built to spotlight the artist's work and achievements. And they should be affordable, so that every artist can have a gallery presence on the Web.
